You only have a Mergitty account if you signed in with Google (or Apple on iOS) in the game. If you never signed in, we hold no data about you and there is nothing to delete.
- In the app: open Mergitty, tap Settings (gear) › Account › Delete account, and confirm.
- By email: write to support@nbasic.dev with the subject "Mergitty account deletion" and tell us which sign-in you used (Google or Apple) and its email address.
Deleted: your account, the sign-ins linked to it and your cloud save (your shop: level, coins, energy, board, customers, decorations and check-in). Progress already on your device stays there, and purchases stay with your Google Play or App Store account. Backups kept by our database provider expire within 30 days.

Mergitty のアカウントは、ゲーム内で Google（iOS では Apple）でログインした場合にのみ作成されます。ログインしたことがなければ、当方はあなたのデータを保持しておらず、削除するものはありません。

削除されるもの：アカウント、紐づいたログイン情報、クラウドのセーブデータ（お店のレベル、コイン、エネルギー、盤面、お客さん、デコ、ログインボーナス）。端末内の進行状況はそのまま残り、購入履歴は Google Play または App Store のアカウントに残ります。データベース事業者のバックアップは 30 日以内に消えます。

将被删除：账号、关联的登录方式以及云存档（您的小店：等级、金币、体力、棋盘、顾客、装饰和签到）。设备上的进度会保留，已购买的内容仍关联在您的 Google Play 或 App Store 账号中。数据库服务商的备份会在 30 天内过期。
